Over the years we have bought and sold many homes in various cities across the country.
So, we consider ourselves to be confident and well versed in residential property transactions. However, the current housing market in Saskatoon is quite unlike anything that we have encountered previously.
Homes are snapped up as soon as they hit the market, and it seems that everything now goes to bids. Even with our experience we were daunted by the present market conditions. As such, we
would never consider making any move without the backing and support of an experienced Realtor, and Ellen Nasser fits that criteria.
We have dealt with Ellen on two prior occasions and were impressed. This recent transaction involved the selling of our home and purchasing another. The move had lots of moving parts and potential pitfalls because we could not entertain putting in an offer on another property until our own home was unconditionally sold. This time around Ellen was supported by Lee and Jackie and together they helped us navigate the market successfully, We sold our existing home and found a home in our desired neighbourhood that’s exceeds our expectations.
We are now happily settled into our new home and looking forward to a new chapter.

Ellen took over as our realtor in November after our house had been on the market for over a year. She brought with her the dream team of professionals that worked day and night to evaluate, paint, fix, update, shingle, and stage our home with the grand finale a beautiful video (made me cry) that portrayed the essence of our home to potential buyers. To say she has energy and enthusiasm is an understatement. Our daily calls and to do list left me exhausted and her “inspired” and “excited” to sell our home. Ellen is truly the “Energizer Bunny” vibrating on high frequency.
