I had a very positive experience working with Emad to get my house sold. It was challenging because I am currently outside of Canada in a different time zone, but we were able to maintain contact throughout the process. I particularly appreciated Emad’s flexibility and willingness to assist with things like putting the garbage out or arranging for people to pick things up at the house. My real estate agent, Emad Fadel made my experience on buying my first home very easy and exciting. I was very pleased and impressed on how quick he found houses that met my budget and requirements. Mr. Emad worked around my schedule and even offered to pick me up at 8:00 pm to go look at a house that just went on the market. The house met every requirement on my list and was near my budget.
