I have had a very good experience with the management of Emblem Developments. Anyone I have spoken to has been so helpful, and addressed any concerns I might have. Iam very happy with the condominium. It's where I want to be, and love my views! Thank you 🙂

Resident in the Artform Building. 1 out of 3 elevators working for a 17 floor building. Garbage chute always deactivated. 2 amenity spaces still not open. They keep hosting open houses but how are you going to sell an incomplete building. Fix the current issues first and deliver on your supposedly "boutique" condo. And don't delete Instagram comments that call you out. All I see are ridiculous work party events, do your job.

Also all these 5 star reviews are fake.

Too many deficiencies to list. Not all the amenities are open, although they are being paid for. Garbage shoot has always been deactivated, and only one of the three elevators work.

The parking situation is a nightmare with tight corridors, and a lack of mirrors. This building is plagued with poor design and management. I would not recommend buying or renting in this buildin until these issues are fixed.

unfortunately, the employees I encountered from this company this evening are highly disappointing. From a professional standpoint, they lack self-composure and respect for those around them. In my interactions with their employees this evening, they were verbally abusive, degrading and unprofessional. They walked out on a bill over $1000, verbally abused staff, and conducted themselves in a manner which I would never choose to surround myself with. Unfortunately I cannot recommend or stand by this company, as their actions AND words have said more than enough- and it’s nothing good. I will avoid this company at all costs moving forward.

The lady from emblem development that booked the boat with our company, brought extra 11 people to the boat and walked off the $1000 bill. In addition she was rude communicating to the staff. Absolutely not reliable company.

Two lady’s from emblem developments booked a large charter boat through our company and walked out on thousands dollars bill. Very rude very disrespectful treated the staff horribly and at the end of the night when we asked them to pay they walked off the boat and refused. Not a company that can be trusted.
