It’s very nice apartment and I am glad to live here . Manager Tanzin is wonderful , it’s very very nice place and comfortable for family with kids. If you have any question or issue they will solve it immediately. Thank you so much for being so nice at all time !!

I have been renting with Skyline Living for three years and it has been nothing but amazing experience!
The property manager- Tanzin, is absolutely amazing! So helpful and understanding. She is always on top of everything and solves your problems in a timely manner.

This is going to be our last home, and is almost the size of our first house.Tanzin always easy to talk to and Noel quick with repairs. Maintenance of buildings and grounds excellent.We made a good choice.

So I stay here and it’s cold and my car was acting up. I was scared and had not idea on what to do but I took a chance and gave the properly manager office a call and there were on place to help me with my car. I am really glad to have been living here

I have had the pleasure of living here for the last 10 years. Tanzin, my Property Manager, has been a wonderful lady to deal with, everytime I visited the office. The building maintenance, and cleaning staff have been excellent, keeping everything in good condition, the entire time I've lived here. On the rare occasion there was an issue, they have been quick to respond and resolve it. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice apartment in Sherwood Park.

We have called Emerald Hills Skyline home for over 6 1/2 years but the reason for my review today is to let the four amazing people know that their true dedication they have to keeping the buildings as clean as they can on a daily basis, the maintenance dealt with as soon as humanly possible (as there is 224 units between the four buildings). The manager and this staff working together with great attitudes and smiles to try and deal with any issues that may arise any time day and night (within reason during the night I would hope) go above and beyond to make us still want to call this home for hopefully more years to come! So to Tanzin, Mary, Alberto and Noel we want to take this opportunity to thank you very much for your hard work, and that we appreciate every day that you come in to take care of all of us And get your jobs done to the best of your abilities (Skyline head office I truly hope you know you have a great group of people here) GREAT JOB !!!

Tanzin has been a dream to deal with while arranging to rent from this property. We have had some bad experiences these last few months looking for a place to rent. It has been exhausting but she gave us back faith that finding apartment doesn’t have to be painful. The whole time she was very helpful, answered all our questions, and was patient helping me fix some mistakes with the application. Not to mention she has a very fast response time. Much appreciated!

On the whole, we are quite satisfied with living here. Our main complaint, which there is no way to get around, is the continual construction, and the noise and disruption that goes with it.
We are quite satisfied with w living conditions, neighbors, parking, etc. Although whoever decided to repaint the hallways, needed a bigger budget, to seal the paint etc, I'm sure you have heard !
Overall, we like it here, the suite is in good shape, and rent is reasonable for the moment. We do fear that it may climb past our affordable limit though, it would be nice to have a two year lease. I hope this is helpful, we don't wish to have to move in the near future.
