Emerald Hills Landing is the best of the best! Living here is like living with a new family. Maintenance is knowledgeable.and efficient. Love my apartment. I especially appreciate Apartment Life & Social Committee events. Anyone living here should consider themselves lucky.

Emerald Hills Landing is a place to call home. It has a vibrant community of various social events & exercise classes put on by Apartment Life & the Social Committee.

Our management team keeps the building clean and looking nice for the residents. The office responds adequately for any maintenance .requests. An exercise gym is a bonus.

The location is a few minute walk to great amenities, including the Italian Centre for groceries, pharmacy, physio & chiropractic services, liquor store, hairdresser, Starbucks, Tim Hortons, banks, gas station and much more.

I have lived in this building for over 6 months now. The apartment space is surely bigger than some of the downtown apartment buildings but there are issues you should know.
The building admin is given less to no authority. Even when complaint about same things, there is no clear action.
The building walls, ceilings are made of poor quality. You can easily hear things from neighbours: basic cleaning, yelling, music etc etc.
The maintenance people come and go without notices. When given notices they last from 8am to 5pm. We had a false fire alarm drill going on for 45 mins during office working hours.
The gym wont have any rules on cleanliness. We dont get access to sanitizing wipes, water or clean machines except when you beg the admin staff.
The parking lot company iStall is a sham. No real person working to assist. The phone numbers dont take you anywhere. I have one ticket submitted for over a month now but no action.
Also, the north side of SP stinks from all the industry and rendering plant waste. 🙂

Moving from Ontario to Alberta has been interesting and adventurous experience.

Emerald Hills Landing, located in Sherwood Park is a 55 plus building with many surrounding amenities. A big plus is having a hospital medical centre, beautiful parks with walking trails and the italian market all within walking distance.

We have a full time resident manager keeping our residents clean and well maintained, above all they are very friendly and open to ideas and concerns.

Upon entrance is our lounge with a fully equipped kitchen used for our everyday coffee, cards, games and weekly breakfast plus a fitness room to keep fit.

Emerald Hills Landing with our amazing volunteer social committee and events organizers is a big bonus to have.

I highly recommend Emerald Hills Landing, the place to live, you will find warm, fun loving people who truly care. It's like one big happy family.

We moved in September 15th/ 2022 and are so happy with our suite #119.. A huge shout out to Shaun & Faith for all the support they have given us. They have always been there to answer our concerns & fix anything that was a concern in the apartment.. Met most of the tenants and pleased with all that have been so friendly.

A place to call home, I genuinely believe this location is exceptional, if not perfect.

The staff here were so very generous in helping show me around. They took the time to sit down with me and discuss my mobility options; parking spots and so on.

I now have a short, 2 minute walk from all important amenities (walkin clinic, dentist, food, pet store, and the hospital).

This place ia pet friendly so I can have my little dog with me!

The residents here are also very pleasant and they have free breakfasts on Tuesday mornings and events throughout the week.

This building is really clean and enjoyable.

Couldn't be better.
