Whenever I rent a car from another company, I end up regretting it because I'm never treated as well as I am at Enterprise. Enterprise always surprises me with cars that are far above the category I initially chose. They always have my reserved car ready for me, and I hardly need to speak with anyone to pick up the vehicle.

The prices are very competitive, and the cars are always in pristine condition, practically brand new. I haven't even considered another rental company for a long time. Enterprise has earned my loyalty with their excellent service and quality.
The pictures are actual some of the cars rented, even the one with Brazilian license plate.

As usual Enterprise delivered. The only thing was when the guy said have a seat in the shade and we will bring your car around , I never expected this color car to pull up. It was the topic of conversation with my family. Too cool!

I don't remember the dude or the managers name, but he was amazing! I screwed up my reservation a little and it caused me some issues picking up the minivan for the price I was expecting. But he was able to help me out and we came to an agreement. It did cost me more than I expected but it was less than it could of been.

He 100% saved my business going forward and I will definitely be back. And FYI that Honda Odyssey goes HARD AF!!! a weekend for the history books!

When we arrived in Philly for a recent trip, the computer system was down. Of course, the rental process was delayed, even with a hard copy reservation. We are all helpless when the system fails. Extra employees arrived, stayed calm and worked professionally. Our request was for a compact car was honored. We talked to the manager, Joshua Byrd, when we returned the car. We appreciated his adjustment and assistance very much. Thank you, Joshua!

You can tell how good a company is based on what they deliver. I am totally upset over the quality and condition of the vehicle I was given it was as if they went to the salvage and pulled a car from there. The car smelled liked someone was a chain smoker but it also has major burn marks on the front driver seat and passenger seat and a huge burn mark on the steering wheel. I smelled the smoke once I entered but because it was late at night I could not see how bad the seats were. How can you charge anyone for this low quality vehicle. I would be ashamed to have anyone come in this car.

I generally rent with Hertz or Avis but decided to give Enterprise a try but it was a big mistske. Please up your standards and stand by your name.... This was at the Philadelphia International Airport getting an exchange vehicle from the Cheltenham PA location due to a warning light that was on the dashboard.

Pickup at PHL at 6 am went smoothly. I asked for a particular feature, the clerk accommodated me. She walked me to the car with the requested feature. The car was clean. Upon starting the car I noticed a service reminder light was on. It repeated the reminder for the full 8 day rental period. Upon return at CLT the clerk marked the car for service. The report process was quick. Otherwise I like the car, it meet my needs and performed well.

I appreciate the ease that Enterprise @ Philadelphia Airport provided. I arrived on an early flight (before 6AM). The young lady quickly had my paperwork available and pulled the vehicle in front so I did not have to find it (l have a walker). 5 Stars to this location.

Another 5 Stars to your Enterprise location in Revere, PA. Though a small satellite location, my call to them to accept my car @ their location vice my previous drop-off in Dorcester was a delight. The return went smoothly and they provided me a ride back to my hotel.

In both places the customer service by all was Outstanding. Their efficient and pleasant manner made it a pleasure to do business with your company especially when they are very busy.

Pick up and drop off process was incredibly smooth. Chris at the check in desk was highly personable and extremely friendly. While Portia at car return was an absolute highlight to an incredibly early morning drop off. Would recommend.
