RUN!!! TURN AROUND RIGHT NOW AND RENT A CARDBOARD BOX IF YOU HAVE TO!! A brick could manage this place better than the people here. Management has changed at least 8 times since I moved here in 2017. No cameras in the parkade so things are stolen constantly, no maintenance to the place at all so the floor is coming apart. Front door is often broken so anyone can just meander into your house. Zero security or accountability. They have over charged us rent, distribute our private information to all tenants, and I'm not even sure what Doug the maintenance guy does other than say "I don't know" and be condescending. Any issue with an appliance will take months to fix because again Doug refuses to do any work. They just get flustered if you try and call them out on this stuff as well. I've yet to actually speak to anyone who works here that knows what is going on, it's really sad. They can't even keep info or paperwork in order and have credit checked us 4 times to continue living IN THE SAME BUILDING. All because of the extremely ridiculous turnover. Just go literally anywhere else. Terrible place. And this isn't my first bad review but one of the 8 managers had begged me to delete their negative review before. I regret doing that. STAY AWAY.
