I was introduced to Equiton through a friend at a real estate investment seminar. I researched a number of Equiton-like companies and have invested in a couple. Thus far, Ryan, my advisor at Equiton has been exemplary. He answers all my questions and doesn’t pressure. He checks in regularly and is always available. His customer service is excellent.

When I finally got around to calling Equiton, Vanessa Sheen offered many hours of her time to thoroughly answer ALL of my questions & emails, as well as provide any reports I requested. We have been working with Equiton since 2021. What an amazing group of people to work with! Alec Radmilovic, our current advisor is great! He keeps us informed, and gave us plenty of options for us to consider when investing with them. He is diligent, and is always available. We have emailed him on a holiday Monday, and wouldn't you know it, we got a reply with 2 hours. Totally love his customer service, not just from him, but from Equiton as a whole.
