Looking to sell your home? Looking to buy a home? Don't over look Eric Mickee at Ball Reality! He sold our home in 3 days! I can not say enough good things about our experience with Eric. Being first time homebuyers, we were very nervous about the process and finding a realtor who would work for our interests and not just see us as a paycheque. Right from our first meeting with Eric we could tell that he would be a great fit for us. He listened to all of our hopes and ideas and gave us some much needed insight and confidence that we would find something. He didn’t make us sign anything to lock him in as our realtor and told us that whether it took a couple weeks or many months we could view as many properties as we needed to find the one that works for us. At the viewings he was not afraid to get his hands dirty, crawling into some nooks that you couldn’t have paid me to. He was very knowledgeable about all things to do with real estate, some of which frankly I hadn’t even thought about even though I thought I had done all the research possible. After viewing quite a few houses that we had thought we would like and being disappointed, Eric suggested a house for us to view. Looking at the pictures online we didn’t think too much of it.. how wrong we were! We instantly fell in love with the place when we walked in, and after some great advice from Eric we put in an offer and got it! Extremely helpful with selling our house and showing other house before we decided moving out of town. Met us where we were at in terms of repairs and staging without insisting on elaborate preparations. Gave good advice on reaching a deal in line with my priorities. Also helped sort out last minute detail when moving out did not go according to plan. Moved out of Peterborough so can’t use him again but wl recommend him to my mother when she eventually sells.

We'd always known it's time for our first house, but not until we met Eric did we really feel comfortable to start looking. Eric went above and beyond to show us houses and patiently pointed out aspects that first-time homeowners would have definitely missed when considering purchasing a house. Eric was great to work with throughout the process of purchasing my home. He kept me up to date with any properties that fell within the very specific criteria I gave him.
