I loved the virtual staging that Erica recommended as I was showing my place empty for awhile. I ended up using her staging company as well during the listing, which I found made the home feel cozy instead of showing it empty. Always an option to consider.

IF I can give more than 5 stars, I will give erica 100 stars for her job well done. My entire experience with her was amazing. I really do not have 1 negative comment to say about Erica. We met the first time because we want to looking for a viewing and she was sent to us to show us. Not knowing her and she was not even representing me as realtor at the time, she has explained so much to me at our first encounter. Later on, I chose her to represent me as my realtor instead of going with a realtor friend. The only thing I asked from erica at that time is that I want her to show me every steps I need in buying a home. As she has promised, everything that she could get involved, she took part of and was very prompt in finding out the answers for all my questions and concerns. She was very deligent in reading the strata minute, recommending inspection company, doing everything she can within her ability to make my life easier during this buying time. I had a tight tight tight deadline with multiple offer at the night of bidding. She was on the phone with me entire night and we got the place because she was giving alot of good advice throughout.

Because of connection and people she has worked with, the people and company she recommended like inspection are all very professional and details.

Just days before the closing, she will still be checking on me to make sure I have all the other things done, like home ins, mortgage, lawyer etc, and even listening to my vent out the stress from dealing with the bank and mortgage. She has been an amazing and professional realtor. I highly recommend her to be your agent if you are looking to buy or sell. Erica really gets the job done well and correctly 👏. I was so glad that she is my realtor and I will definitely look for her again for my next place.
