After 3-4 years of extensively searching for a new home in the Comox Valley we were becoming discouraged. We had developed a list of criteria, that was probably too exacting, and the realtor we were working with was doing their best with what appeared available.

Erika was amazing! There was never any pressure. She always made sure we felt like we were in the driver's seat. She is professional and informative. Working with Erika has hands down been the best real estate experience we've had. She helped us sell our place in Campbell River and buy our new home in Cumberland earlier this year. Can’t say enough good things about Erika. She has been helping me find my first home in a new area, and has been such a dream to work with through the entire very overwhelming and stressful process.
