Je vis dans cette résidence depuis 4 ans J ai jamais eu un problème avec personne mais je vois un commentaire de rajdeep comme quoi il est dérangé de ma voiture il parle d une Hyundai Elantra c est ma voiture est je paye le parking je vois pas le problème il dit qu il vit à l unité 409 est je lui fait un trouble il parle comme si je Park a l intérieur de sans appartement . J ai ma place au garage est je l est jamais changé est pour le parking extérieur c est pour tous le monde est commercial …….j ai pas compris le problème si je Park a ma place ou a l extérieur ma place c est ma place est à l extérieur c est pour tous le monde c est quoi le trouble exactement 😊😊😊

I am one of the tenants in Erminskin Palace since October 2023. The rent around Edmonton is decreasing and they are increasing the rent. Last year, we understood that the situation of inflation that had affected everyone, but this year, rents in Edmonton are going down. Our friends living in rental properties near century park got rent decreases of about 50 CAD in an on going lease. We hoped that our rent would also decrease, but they have chosen to increase it. Since I have been living in the same building for at least 1.5 years the company’s should provide loyalty discount but we have to may more rent and new units are going on a lesser rent. The least they could do is price match with the current rent around $1579 of a 2bhk 1100 sq.ft. unit (Same size that we live in now and pay $1804 including parking) in Ermineskin place. I have attached the screenshots taken from the website that offers new reduced rent to the new tenants and charges higher rent from old tenants.
A lot of our friends living in Erminskin Palace
have moved out due to rent increases.
The boardwalk people are cheating us by charging higher rent from the market value that they provided on their own website. I am really disappointed.

Great place near South Common area with transits, parks, groceries, banks, schools, drug marts, cineplex, fine dinings, fast food restaurants; all within walking distance, and easy access into Calgary Trail and Gateway Boulevard. Access into Anthony Henday is just 3 to 5 mins drive from here. Great place for families and singles who are looking for a quiet and peaceful environment!

Worst management. I have never seen such an unprofessional and unhelpful manager.

Today i parked my car in front of the building to unload my groceries. Firstly Building manager informed me that I cannot park there as that spot is only for officer workers also she said if i park there next time, my car will be towed away on my expense. So i said let me unload my groceries today and I won’t park there next time.
After that when i tried to enter the building with all my groceries, building buzzer wasn’t working so then i went to the office and asked her to please open the door from inside as she has access door to the building from her office she said she cannot… just use other building door Why?
Then i went back took all my groceries put it back in my car…
She could have helped me by opening that door and saved my time and energy but no instead she decided to sit in her office.
I hope next time when Boardwalk hire someone please teach them some basic manner.

I like the chicken wire on the balcony to protect the balcony from the birds. Vanitha is so friendly and kind.

I, Rajdeep who live in 409D did not write this review. Vanitha has been nice to us all along and we had no issue with any of the office staffs. They were all good. I do not know who own this Hyundai Elantra 0-CL178 and no one lives on our unit other than myself, my spouse and my kid. This person is creating misunderstanding at this site and for us.

Great staff running this property. From the cleaning ladies who always greet with a smile to Vanitha who treats every concern with care and professionalism and tenant service upmost in mind. She's always willing to support and enhance the Boardwalk community at Ermineskin Place!
