This shopping center is the hidden gems in Scarborough.
Looks pretty run down but some of the best value fast food, Chinese BBQ and bakery in Scarborough live here.
Best value is not an exaggeration... Congee restaurant in food court, a few BBQ places to pick, the old style bakery always had lineup etc., 'nothing fancy ' here!
Don't come if you are looking for well dressed fancy looking stuff, there isn't any in this shopping center!

Again great taste and very affordable food!!!

Management please do better. Every day there are 5-6 cars parked in the no parking fire route zone along the curb just because customers like the convenience of parking their car and leaving it to go in and buy their take out meal. They block traffic and then they do not check their blind spots when leaving potentially creating accidents. Today someone parked in front of my already parked car blocking it so I couldn’t come out. This happens continuously because management does nothing to enforce it or ticket them.

A very old Chinese plaza. There are various shops, bakery, restaurants and a food court. Though most of the shops and services in the plaza are closed and not open. Seems to be pretty dead. Other than the food court, the Fortune Restaurant and the bakery, everything else is practically empty. Some places like the bookstore, pharmacy and the kitchen tools store are open. The Kung Fu class is closed.

At around after lunch time, the bakery had some people milling outside as the inside of the bakery was too small.

Overall, pretty dead.

I like going to this Plaza to get takeout and bakery and went to get haircut once. there is Pharmacy, the doctor office, a restaurant, a convenience store, Chinese herbal store. The parking lot is always busy but people come in and now so it is not hard to find a parking spot.

They have a good court here that serves Chinese food (bbq pork rice, congee, fried rice, noodles). Bbq pork rice $6 for 1 meat.

I love the bakery (egg tart & lo por bang) must get every time we are here.

Just make sure you don’t bring food from outside the food court restaurants to eat or all the owners will murder you (saw them shooting away someone who bought bbq rice from kong kee bbq to eat inside. Apparently, the owners inside the food court pays a additional maintenance so their customers can dine and eat inside.

This is a very old Chinese plaza. There are different stores such as IDA Pharmacy, a medical clinic, bookstore, bakery, restaurants and a food court. Plenty of shops have closed and there's not much to do here.
