I purchased a home from Everjonge Homes Ltd. three years ago, and recently, I encountered a sudden leakage in our basement. Despite being out of warranty, I reached out to them for assistance. Although their office was closed when I called, they promptly responded via email, assuring me that they would send someone from the service team first thing in the morning.

True to their word, the service team arrived as promised, identified the issue, and resolved the problem efficiently. Their commitment to customer service was truly commendable, going above and beyond to fix the issue even though I was out of warranty.

I am genuinely appreciative of the exceptional service provided by the Everjonge Homes Ltd. team. Their dedication and professionalism are highly commendable, and I am grateful for their prompt and effective response. Thank you, Everjonge Homes Ltd., for your outstanding service!

Even though we had a rocky start and multiple issues with the building department, the service department changed our perception by providing exceptional and professional services, specifically by Moe and his team. The service is top-of-the-line, 100%! They can't be beat. Moe and his team are friendly, super knowledgeable, and always approachable. I had issues with the fire alarm going off unnecessarily and some stuff with the window screens. Moe, Nathan and Miles came from the service department and solved my problems. They were very helpful and addressed all my concerns accordingly.
I’m impressed by their work. They were very professional.
Now they have promised to solve my last issue of power washing the windows. I am sure they will fullfil it like they solved the other problems. I will be waiting for them.

We are not the owners but rather lessee’s of a unit built by Everjonge Homes here in Kingsbridge. As happens with every new home one always uncovers deficiencies that need attention. In our case there have been several, some small and others that required greater input to repair. Items such as the floor slope in the master shower went the wrong way. Also various wall and floor nicks that required corrections. They even successfully repaired an hollow core door that was separating.All these items, and more were taken care of most professionally by or through our service rep Semere Hagos. He handled our phone requests promptly and arranged for quick agreeable appointments for repairs. He also quickly followed up to ensure outside contractors promptly and correctly completed the required work. With us not being the home owners we would have been lost without Semere’s help and we have to thank Everjonge Homes for providing such an excellent service representative.
