Leanne Carter is a professional, honest and patient realtor who went above and beyond in every aspect of our recent purchase transaction.

After showing my spouse a house while he was visiting Moncton, she enthusiastically did a virtual walk through with me right after, despite being told I was neither buying that house nor ready to relocate.

In the following weeks Leanne quickly responded to my endless questions. She put me in touch with, and followed up herself, various government offices, installers and even the original builder of the 15 year old house.
On very short notice she arranged a second viewing, as well as showings at several other properties, during a very brief trip with our whole family in tow. At no point did I feel like Leanne was a salesperson, but more of a friend showing us around town.

Leanne made excellent suggestions during the negotiations of our offer to purchase, which was conditional on the sale of our out of province home heading into the Christmas season. When we second guessed our decision, she was patient, giving us time and space to work it out.

During the house inspection, she weeded a long neglected garden and planted garlic seed for me in late November. We didn't even have a firm offer for the sale of our home - way above and beyond!! The support staff at Exit Realty promptly assisted us with locating the out of province wire transfer and forwarding documents to our solicitors in both provinces.

Leanne’s friendly professionalism continued to shine as she assisted in an extension of conditions and then advancing the closing date. The list of extra services she provided on and after the closing date is extensive. I highly recommend Leanne as a real estate agent, which is clearly her passion and calling.
