We cannot say enough positive things about Wendy and her team! We had a very tight timeline to sell our house and she did it expertly! In fact, she not only sold our previous house, she also helped us purchase our new house! Everyone she works with is wonderful, too! The photographer was terrific, and Tatiana and Wendy staged our home so beautifully that we incorporated some of their design choices in our new place! She is a great communicator, excellent negotiator and someone we now consider to be a family friend. If you are looking to work with someone who listens attentively, shoulders the pressure so you don’t have to, knows the market and gives expert advice, gets the best price when buying and selling, and is just a wonderful person, look no further than Wendy!

Wendy is an absolute gem to work with when it comes to a realtor (home buying and selling). We first had the pleasure of having her help us buy our first home back in 2019. She was honest, we trusted her and she never left us in the dark and completely transparent. Last year, 2023 we sold our first home and bought our forever and without hesitation we used Wendy as our right hand. She is the hardest working agent we’ve met (comparing to our family/friends agents) and we recommend her to anyone.
