Awesome place to work in downtown Boulder. I love coming here to work most days of the week and the vibes are perfect for both deep focus and a little playfulness when you need a break.

Not to mention it's location is awesome. I'm minutes away from great restaurants downtown or to get a quick drink for happy hour.

After looking at several places, I chose Expansive because of the private yet community-oriented atmosphere of the space. The office is bright, with great amenities and a prime location. There is a ton of flexible office space, and Expansive is unique in that they let you customize your space—you can paint it, bring in all your furniture, and make it your own!

Sasha, the former sales rep, was a big part of my decision; she was so kind and an incredible community connector. I’ve been at Expansive for just over a year and just signed for another year! The quiet private office space, downtown location, and community are incredible. Highly recommend!

I don’t travel a ton for work, but I’ve used the Expansive offices in Denver and Austin so far, which are beautiful. It’s so nice to have office spaces with high-quality coffee and a familiar setting wherever I go.

Kindra, the new community manager, is awesome! She always has fun weekly activities, community builders, and welcome parties for new clients. The Thursday happy hour is always a great place to connect with others in the building. I’d highly recommend Expansive to anyone looking for a space in Boulder!

Expansive is an excellent workspace, and by far my first choice in Boulder and Denver. The space easily accommodates solo professionals and small companies, as well as companies with dozens of employees, needing flexibility. The amenities are top notch, the space is extremely secure, and the price is an incredible value. The location is in the heart of downtown with a short walk to more amenities than any other location in Boulder. The management is among the best I've worked with in any state, providing both outstanding service as well as a sense of community.

Expansive provides a great atmosphere to get work done. I work remotely and coming in a few times a week has been very helpful for my productivity. The building is nice and has many phone booths for calls. It is part of the city's eco pass program making it super easy to get there and enjoy the downtown location.

I really like using Expansive Workspace Boulder. It helps me be more efficient and the space has eveything I need to work efficiently. The location is perfect- next to the station and just a short walk from Pearl Street, where my peers can easily visit and have gatherings. Plus, the staff is always supportive.
