I used this storage site for a little over two years. I switched to this company after having issues with a different storage company. The customer service I received at this extra space storage site from Alex was stellar. Every time I needed assistance at this site, Alex was attentive, polite, and explained everything clearly. From opening my account/unit to the day of it’s closure (we are moving), everything was seamless. Alex ensured that the units are clean, gates are operational, our belongings are safe, and that there are MANY carts available for use to transport items to and from your vehicle/unit. Although you may be reading this thinking these are “expectations” of a storage business, I can tell you from experience that these expectations are often unmet at other storage facilities. If you need a stress free place to store some extra stuff, do yourself a favor and give this extra space location a try!

My experience with this company has been extremely wonderful. First let me start with the manager Alex . He has been very helpful and beyond as a manager. Very professional, friendly and quite understanding and goes the extra mile for the customers. No matter what issue you have he will work with you.. He has helped me during some very difficult times. When putting things in storage most likely things have happened in life and we must put our personal belongings in storage. That was my case . I experienced a house fire . I’m very appreciative of the staff here. No complaints at all.
