For every showing, my partner and I were extremely impressed with the depth of knowledge that Joni came prepared with as well with her keen eye for details related to the condition of the houses.

Due to the present sellers’ market, there were multiple offers on homes, many of which were above asking price. Prior to each of our offers, Joni provided valuable input that fit into our financial comfort zone and conditions based on her skilled experience.

As with many home purchases, there were glitches in our accepted offer and in the fashion that we respected her for, she worked her magic in the background to advance the purchase to completion.

A few years ago, my family was forced to move from our home. We had some pet ducks there who we had to keep inside for a few days while we repaired their coop. Well obviously, they didn't smell the best. Joni didn't want to risk her image looking bad, so she went into MY OWN personal belongings, grabbed a can of Axe body spray, and absolutely drenched the upstairs living area with my body spray. I knew this happened because when I came in after the showing, I could hardly breathe because there was so much body spray in the air. Only a day or two later, one of my pets died of a respiratory problem. When she was confronted about this, she said "I never went into your room". I kept my stuff in the bathroom, so her denial was obviously a lie. So, all in all, I would rate her zero stars if I could, for her lack of professionalism, theft, and inadvertently killing my pet. I would never recommend this person in a million years. Save yourself the trouble and go to someone who actually cares about their clients.

I inquired about a property and got a few generic answers, but was told that Joni was in a meeting when I asked for more details. She never responded to me and all other emails now go unanswered. I'd be upset if I was the vendor and found out how unprofessional she's been.
