I lived at the Fairmont Views at 75 Fairmont Blvd. S. unit 403 for six years. I moved out end at the end of December 2024. I enjoyed my stay there. The staff are amazing, especially Seydi, the property manager. Since she took over, she has been an absolute gem - always friendly, professional and incredibly responsive.
Seydi and her staff goes above and beyond to ensure the property remains clean, quiet and well maintained.

Anytime I had an issue or concern, Seydi resolved it promptly and with genuine care. Her approachable and pleasant demeanor made all the difference.

When I moved out last month after purchasing my new home, Seydi was exceptionally supportive throughout the process. She made the transition seamless and was there every step of the way to assist me.

I truly appreciate everything Seydi has done. Than you, Seydi for all the hard work and kindness!

This place is the best place I have lived in Canada !! So I have lived in 5 cities in 2 provinces and these appartments are the most comfortable ones. The staff - I would give 1000 stars if this review allows me. They are exceptionally nice people. Very co-operative, quick, polite and friendly service.
Crystal the manager - is so great that any issue she would solve it ASAP. She is that one manager who is always smiling and welcoming. Tiffany is the girl who keeps the entire place neat and squeaky sparkling clean. Kurt - very reliable, knowledgeable person for any kind of fixing/ changing bulbs and does lot more( I cannot list everything here because I would ran out of space .. lol) . I lived with my mom & this team is definitely great & our favourite.
Location is fantastic, south side- all amenities accessible. Neighbors are all nice and quiet. Parking lot is also allocated to each apartment which is good so everything remains in order.
Regular snow removal and spring cleaning is done and not just that summer time… this place looks exceptionally beautiful. There are flower planted near front door. Pet area has cozy sitting arrangement. I could go on and on. Every festive season whether it’s Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Easter, st. Patrick’s day, fall time, Halloween… the place is decorated so well it brings light to life !! The team really considers these Appartments as their own home. They are full of enthusiasm. We need more people like this team everywhere 😊😊😊
In short 1000 stars ⭐️ as my review. Thankyou. We moved to Edmonton and if there is one thing I miss is the team and these apartments.posted are pics from our balcony on top floor, you can see mountain linings & ofcourse our deer visitors !!

All the renting process was very smoothly, online and fast, the place is beautiful, clean, spacious, parking spot just in front of my balcony, nice location, near everything. Totally recommended.

We love living here. Crystal is always so great, I really enjoy our maintenance guy as well, he's very nice! You can not put a price on safety and I feel so safe in this location.

If you are considering stationview I would advise looking elsewhere. Broadstreet uses preditory tactics to get renters in by offering a low rate then jacking it up by $400-500 the following year. These buildings are built as cheaply as possible, no insulation in the walls so you can hear your neighbors using the washroom, fighting with each other and constant barking dogs. cubords are made of sawdust that fall off the hinges, drywall is cracking In multiple areas which they will consider acceptable when they move you in but they expect you to fix it before you move out or get hit with $400 paint fee off your deposit. If you've always wanted to live in a college dorm or an animal shelter this may be the place for you. Between the college parties and fighting in the hallways and the constant dog barking its certainly an Interesting place to live. They skip out on most of the maintaince they claim to do although they will leave a note on your door asking you to vacate your suite for the day then not show up to do any of the work they claimed to. I'll attach some pics of the work broadstreet considered acceptable for me to move into, and then hit me with a $400 fee for leaving the apartment in the same condition. If you already live here I would advise not doing any cleaning or repairs when you leave, they are going to keep your money anyway so you might aswell leave it dirty and maybe kick a few holes in the wall. Also if your budgeting prepare for $300-400 electricity bills in this place and get some ear plugs for the chaos in the hallways and the cheap windows that rattle in the wind.

I have lives here for almost 2 years now and I’m really liking it.
The building is quiet and kept clean. My neighbours are great.
I like having my own washer dryer.
The building is very well maintained by Cam and others on the team.
Whenever I have phoned for maintenance I have received a call back within a timely period.
I would recommend living here.

Fairmont Views is excellent! Beautiful buildings and well-maintained! The parking lot and grounds are taken care of and exceptional. Crystal, our property manager, is super friendly and made the move-in easy and stress-free. The weekend after our move-in we had issues with one of our appliances and before we got home the next day, she had a new one installed and working properly!

We are very happy with our apartment and recommend Broadstreet to everyone looking for an excellent place to call home.

Just moved in May 2020 and love it here. Very clean, friendly staff and residents. Great location. The apartments are wonderful... large spacious rooms. The kitchen is amazing. Glad I was able to get one!
