We have been clients of Faith Wilson for about 15 years and many transactions later they are still the best in the business.

Most recently we had 4 transactions within about a year. The one transaction that took longer is because we did not listen to Faith, we overpriced it and did not take Faith's advice. And because she is professional she respected our decision and priced it as such.
This speaks to the person on here commenting 'how she has many overpriced listings' at the end of the day Faith Wilson is providing a service. She will give you her professional opinion, but you are the client and she will listen to what you want.

Hence that property sat for a year, and in the end it sold closer to the price that Faith originally advised us to list it as.

Fast forward this year we had 3 transactions that went and sold within 4 months, and a purchase in between. In a dead market Faith Wilson and her team were professional and proficient!

They were intricate transactions that needed a high attention to detail. We put an offer on a 5 million dollar house that was subject to 2 sales, they made it happen!!! I would highly recommend Faith and her team. Faith sold my house within a month (after it had been sitting on the market almost a year). I really want to write a great review for Faith and her team, but I am not sure that whatever I am about to write is going to do them a justice, simple because the level of knowledge & professionalism of the whole team is bar none.

I have 1st met Faith in 2010, when I was trying to sell a ½ duplex in Kits, pretty much on a tale end of the subprime mortgage crisis. Talking about a difficult market or what?
What has struck me 1st about Faith was, her no-nonsense approach, and if I was to sell the ½ duplex, that is exactly what I needed.
Obviously, to sell in any market, you need a great property in a great location (check), great team and great marketing strategy (Faith’s team – check!), but then it all boils down to a price. Price it wrong, and you are “dead in the water”, and your listing is not going any where. And when it comes to pricing, Faith is one of the very best. I have spent a whole week compiling an excel with 40 comparable properties, trying to arrive to a right price before we met . But when we met, she has told me right of the bat, that my price was high.. I decide to go for it anyway..
Well, week later and no interest let alone offers, proved that she was right. So, she suggested that I drop the price for at least 5% or it is not going to sell.. While it was a lot, this time I was willing to listen, and week later I got an offer!

Forward to 2023: I had 2 condos to sell in downtown Vancouver: first in February and then in September 2023. In February sales were very slow but there were no listings either and it seemed, like everybody was just waiting on the sidelines... After meeting with Faith & Susanna, I decided to try my luck and list it anyway.. Well, surprise, surprise! We had 9 offers in a week and it sold above asking price!

It is now September and market is different: there is way more inventory but with interest rates being highest in over 15 years, pretty much nothing is selling and so I was questioning is there a point in listing it? Well, with a great team, excellent marketing and dead on pricing, and some luck.. it sold in 3 days, above asking price!

Add on top of all of this, how professionally everything has been handle for all 3 sales from the beginning to the end by each, and every person that is part of Faith’s team and I hope you get the sense of how is it working with Faith and her team!
