I highly recommend working with Falkwin Group and in particular Sona Sheikh Pour. She was excellent as a buyers representative for first time home buyers. It was obvious that she really cared about finding us a home and wasn’t trying to do things as fast as possible or encourage us to bid higher than necessary. One example is that we went to see a house we absolutely loved, but started to have second thoughts about the location. She dug into the ownership of surrounding properties and gave us a realistic view and we decided not to bid, which was absolutely the right choice for us. Instead we found a house a month later that was a much better fit and we are so happy in. She was easy to work with to schedule our first meeting and set goals and expectations and always promptly scheduled home viewings at the time most convenient for us. Since we’ve moved in, she’s provided great recommendations for contractors and has checked in with us multiple times to see how we are doing. I will definitely recommend her to anyone I know looking for a home in HRM.

This was my third real estate transaction with Stacey and her group. They are all very professional and kind. Stacey walked me through the whole process. She definitely looked out for me and made sure I was aware on how to maximize the sale. I received a record offer for my subdivision. They know what they are doing! I truly believe it was the staging that pushed the offers so high. I recommend letting them stage your home. It was a fair bit of work to get it ready for staging but the sale price was worth it.
