It’s been 10 years since we bought our house with Fan Yang team. Not fancy, but it’s become our HOME over time. All our kids were born here, with the first one arriving just right after we moved in. We build a rink at our backyard in the winter and with some light fertilizer it turns to a decent soccer field in the summer. We still love to cuddle on the old papa sofa we bought from the previous owner. I meant to write this review 10 years ago—better late than never! Thank you, Haijun Yan, my friend.

I have no reason not to highly praise the realtor service by Vida Guan and Fang Team. A few months ago, I intended to sell my condo and made a phone call to them. They came to my place the day after I called and gave an impressive presentation with their detailed slides. Quite efficient. (not to mention that they sent in a professional photographer in a few days to take photos for listing) Also, on the same day, they gave me rough analysis about the expected sale price, neither too optimistic nor too pessimistic. And their commission is also fair. So, I immediately decided to choose the Fang Team.

As I know, the market this year isn’t good. But Vida and Fang Team managed to find the buyer in a month with an acceptable price! I’m really surprised how efficient they are. I’m really grateful to all the help from them, especially from Vida. She is professional, hard-working and extremely reliable. She handled many difficult issues for me in the process of negotiation. It’s not my first time buying or selling a property. And I believe that Vida provides one of the best services as a professional realtor ever.

I have been in Canada for over 18 years. To be honest, I don’t like to ask Chinese people to help due to some previous experiences. But Fang Yang Team shifted my paradigm. I am amazed by their prompt reply, dedication to thrive for best, intelligent insights, honesty, trust worthy, and considerable to help out each family based on their unique situations.
Making changes to house and daily life during house sale can be tough. Some of Leo’s suggestions seem hard to accept in the beginning, but proved to be very effective in the end, which helped us to have a quick sale with higher price.
