I had the same experience as the other people commented here. A man kept me waiting there for 15 minutes and then he told me there is not even a space for my shoebox… but on the 2nd day a lady who also works there said there should be a room! ?

I would not use this location. I wanted to drop off some packages and they told me they didn’t have room for them. What’s the point in offering FedEx services if you can’t take in the packages?

I go to this fedex twice. It wate my time. I just return my shoe. The boy said it has no space to put it. He let me come again. I need go three times to return. It’s terrible.

just went to drop a package, lady at the counter was very rude and unprofessional. was acting like she is doing a huge favor for me to receive the package, i'll drive few extra miles next time around

Not a proper FedEx. Avoid 'FedEx OnSite' and go to a full one. I love FedEx and not know why they have their brand on a useless service offering.
