Been here almost three years now and so far met some of the nicest ppl here. The owner of the building is very quick to do repairs when needed I love the location it is situated in plus all the schools and shops near by

I don't normally leave reviews but I've been living in this building for many years. I've been nothing but happy with the experience living here and I've always had a great time with the other tenants and owners as well as the on-site management. It's perfectly located in Central Fort Saskatchewan. The underground Parkade is a nice touch.

I recently rented a suite in Ferrari Lofts. The suite was amazing. Largest 3 bedroom suite I've ever seen. I rented furnished. The living room furniture was leather, king size bed in the master and an ensuite.very nice place to stay. Quiet building with fast internet.. Highly recommended.

Never Answers the phone and they let their tenants do whatever they please. Never tell their tenants that parking in other people paid parking stalls multiple times is not allowed. tried calling multiple times to talk someone about it but no one answers
