I recently rented an apartment through Filament Realty Management in Hawkesbury, Ontario and signed a one-year lease, but my experience with them has been very disappointing.

Before moving in, I noticed cracks in the kitchen ceiling, which cause water leakage every time it rains. Filament Realty assured me they would address all necessary repairs before my move-in date. However, it has now been over a month, and they continue to ignore my maintenance requests.

On top of this, it’s clear that many of their positive Google reviews are fake and seem to come from their contractors, likely as a way to inflate their rating. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Filament Realty to anyone seeking a responsive and reliable rental service .

This people don’t respond to your calls and they were nice to us until we paid them and signed the lease, now the kitchen ceiling is leaking, kitchen sink is leaking, water pressure in bathroom sink is very low and the apartment has so many rats, they promised us that they’ll fix everything but they didn’t do a thing, not even cleaning!!! we feel we got stuck dealing with these people, please do not trust this company, written by tenant of one of their hawkesbury properties
