Firm Management has done a great job for our strata. Along with normal strata business, we’ve had to deal with some large projects and the company and its agents have consistently provided us with solid, professional support.

Terrible customer service, poor communication and poor planning of building maintenance. This company regularly posts notices to tenants with no dates on them, or dates that are incorrect, vague or just confusing. Our building being painted/stained was supposed to take 2 weeks, it's been well over a month. Left one of our keys for them so that they could access our suite to paint/stain the deck and, over a week later and despite leaving voicemails requesting a call back, we still do not have our key back, nor know who even has it at this point. Would not reccommend this company at all

As president of the strata council in a small condo building, I have had close contact with Firm Management over the past several years and always found them to be responsive and helpful. We recently had an out-of-business-hours water leakage problem which Firm dealt with quickly and efficiently to minimize any damage. We have also used Firm Maintenance and found them to be both competent and professional in the services they have provided.

Never respond, little action when they do. First had a car parked in my spot for several weeks and they said they would deal with it. Had tenants move in, sent the Form K the week they moved in and it's been almost a month and they still haven't set up their name in the buzzer system after countless emails and calls.

We lived in a strata in 2020 and 2021. We had a legitimate issue with noise due to the owner of the unit above failing to comply with bi-law re: proper cork underlay when installing hardwood. Tenants occupied the above unit and they were an 80 year old couple. The noise produced by them simply walking back and forth overhead was inordinate; it was not their fault we understood. The fault was with the owner. The manager of Firm management would not even return our phone call and only after the strata board called him did he reply by email with platitudes like: "normally we hope that noise issues can be resolved between owners". He then had the audacity to inform us that he could not disclose the name of the owner of the unit above due to privacy reasons. We had renovated our unit abiding by bi-laws and paid $2,000 just for the required cork underlay and we then realized that strata bi-laws were nothing more than rhetoric. So the year was 2020 and 2021 and if my memory serves me right the manager at that time was Bryan Sharpe.

As real estate agents we rely on property management firms to provide accurate strata information in a timely manner, and Nicole and her team at Firm have always been excellent when we are under time restraints. Property managers wear many different hats during the course of their day and response time and attitude is terrific at Firm!

I dont recognize anyone in my own building or council because this management company refuses to hold in-person AGM meetings or come on premises. Lazy with extremely poor communication. I'm going to be pushing residents to look at alternatives management companies as this one is a complete waste of money.
