We had put in an application for a rental, went to see the open house. But sadly because of the fact I'm on government subsidy I was rejected, and or overlooked. Then seen the same posting reappear a week later and not even a call back to inquire as if we'd be still interested. That is just poor management indeed.

In December of last year I rented an apartment in yorkton.. I was told that this apartment was clean and was available for rent but when I showed up with everything in a U-Haul and what the sign the lease that night at around 8:00 at night I was then told that this building was infested with cockroaches..

I have fought with the city of yorkton the health board my MLA and took them to the landlord tenant .

What does property management company is so absolutely incompetent that their evidence against them they didn't even bother defending themselves at landlord tenant board.. then they told landlord tenant board that this building had been infested for 3 years and admitted to it on record..

Then tried to blame it on their crooked property manager.. ignorance and stupidity is not an excuse

But when we go to court that day for landlord tenant board they don't even know how to unzip a zip file with all the evidence on a service of claim or haven't even looked or updated any evidence. Read up to the hour of the meeting

So anybody that wants to rent from this company I would highly suggest going somewhere else.. because I don't believe that a former UCP MLA honorable member of Parliament.. should be a slumlord and using his tenants as cash cows...

REALLY BAD SERVICES. These guys are scammers . I would not recommend First Choice Property Management . Property manager she is holding my security deposit since last five months . I have RTDRS Alberta order against first choice property Management to pay my security deposit but still she is not paying my security deposit. I am going to court to get my judgement . WORST RENTAL SERVICES EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE
