I rented an apartment in Vancouver Downtown with the First Stay Realty agency for two years. During this time I had no problems at all regarding our rentals. There were breakdowns of the washing machine and microwave, but everything was repaired or changed to a new one almost instantly. Natalia is always in touch with any questions and works for her clients. I would love to work with this company in the future if the opportunity arises.

My family arrived Vancouver last couple weeks ago, we need to find a house for rent. One of my friend introduced me First Stay Realty Inc and I came to meet Natalia who was truly exceptional. I met her at First Stay Realty Inc office and I discussed with her about my family's insight and which type of house we were looking for. I was so impressed with their level of knowledge and the amount of data that they had about the market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with them since I was set on rent in I’m so thankful I did.

First Stay Realty Inc was ALWAYS available for home tours. responsiveness was incredible. If they didn’t pick up phone, they always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. They told me that going in and highlighted the concerns they had and the research they wanted to do to make sure progress was being made and I wouldn’t have to wait for a long time.

They did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, The delivery of the information was straightforward: present the info and talk about strategy for moving forward. They really treat the situation like they are renting the property – they look out for you and have your best interests in mind.

First Stay will work with you to make your desires a reality. Their cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence they would get the job done – and they did!

Their promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy . My family now has a very nice apartment to move in. I’ve already recommended First Stay Realty Inc to two of my good friends.
