My family and I enjoyed our stay at Kona Kottage. I will definitely use Florida Spirit Vacation Homes again. The unit was very clean as they stated. The security gates were well covered and we felt safe. We had a blast! Im looking forward to next year’s vacation! We will visit here again.

We rented a house for a week through Florida Spirit Vacation homes. The whole process and communication was exceptional. Our house was perfect, just like the photos. It was clean, exactly what we needed. Enough room to spread out. Pool was great.

Beware! You do not get what you see!!!
My family of 16 stayed at the Disney retreat home in the Champions Gate Resort. I chose this home because we needed parking for 4 cars (16 people coming from different areas). because the rules states… “Champion Gates Resort prohibits any parking on the street or grass. Vehicles parked on the street or grass may be towed at guest’s expense without prior notification.” This notice was also posted on the door inside the home. The listing of this home showed a garage available and two parking spaces in the driveway (the layout) therefore 4 parking spaces. However, upon reaching the home we discovered a vehicle occupying the garage. We unpacked groceries in the rain because we were told by a Florida Spirit representative that it was the owner’s vehicle in the garage and the garage could not be used. ( we therefore did not have use of the entire property of which we paid) We were told by Florida Spirit to park on the street( but the rules state it is prohibited). The representative did not return my call but instead texted to give me instructions to ignore rules and find parking on the street.

The home was fairly decent. The downstairs looks like it’s newly renovated and it’s beautiful, but the furniture is worn. The pool area is nice. However, bedrooms upstairs are dingy and the furniture is very worn.

I highly discouraged the rental of the Disney retreat home, and I questioned the professionalism of Florida Spirit employees.

I love these homes. We rent one every year. Florida Spirit has the very lowest prices for the best quality homes that are right next door to Disney. The houses are exquisite. They prices are unbelievable. One million times better than any hotel suite or room. Unbelievable

My family and I enjoyed a clean, well-appointed 5-bedroom home with a splash pool. From our first contact, throughout our stay, and even after our departure, Florida Spirit Vacation Homes Representatives were outstanding! Very disappointed with this company. Rented a whole and came with three cars and there was nowhere for us to keep our third car. The garage is taken up by the owners vehicles even through we paid a generous amount of money to rent the entire house for a full week and don’t have access to the garage. And no parking at the community center. This was suppose to be a nice family vacation with some of our family coming from out of state and not having access to the garage is a huge inconvenience. And if your plan of coming here with three cars expect to either park your car ten minutes away at the office or at the nearest shopping center because they provide no additional parking/safe anywhere close to the houses
