Very clean, well maintained property located in a beautiful golf resort. Safe and secure. Unfortunately we had to evacuate to Panama City to escape Hurricane Milton after completing 6 of a planned 12 night stay. Although we didn’t request one, we were surprised to learn that the remaining 6 nights were refunded back to our credit card. We have rented from FSV in the past, and will certainly do so on future visits to Palm Harbor. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time staying in this spacious and private condo located on a beautiful golf course. The resort is gated so felt very safe. The condo is well equipped with everything you would need and was a very comfortable place to return to after a day spent exploring. The large balcony overlooks the course and it was restful watching the birds and players walking up the fairway. The location was perfect as it was a short drive to Dunedin and also Clearwater and it was close to many restaurants and grocery stores. We ate at one of the resorts’ restaurants which was excellent! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to stay again in the future!

Our family had a great stay on surrey lane. The house was clean and spacious and in a lovely neighbourhood. The location is ideal, 10 minutes to downtown Dunedin and central to shopping, beaching and exploring. The booking process was excellent and a plumbing issue was taken care of immediately while we were there. A great home base for a central Florida vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Waterview 103. The condo was nicely furnished and well equipped. The kitchen has everything needed and the beds are comfortable. There are plenty of towels, beach towels and beach equipment. The pool area is very nice and the walkway to the beach is directly across the street. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins and boats. The location is convenient to restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back again next year. Thank you.

Palm Harbor Rental at Lake Tarpon
The house was great with plenty of room. The pool was very warm for this time of the year and there was lots of outdoor space by the water. The kids loved the arcade machine and the adults loved the pool table. The kitchen had a lot of counter space for food prep and lots of storage in the pantry and refrigerator. The kitchen table also flips over and doubles as a card/game table. An added bonus - there are plenty of bathroom and beach towels provided - more than enough for 8 people. Brian at Florida Sun Vacation Rentals was very responsive and even went out of his way to help a family member retrieve an item that was accidentally left behind. I’d highly recommend this property and Florida Sun Vacation Rentals!

Exceeded our expectations
Amazing. Peaceful, well appointed kitchen, lots of space, fabulous wrap around balcony. Everything clean and fresh, lovely linens on beds with plenty of pillows. Quiet, not a sound from other units. Within walking distance to on-site restaurants and nature preserve, and well situated for trips into town. Brian was a perfect host, concerned but not hovering. Loved every minute of our stay. AND top of the line cookware to make meals in-house a pleasure if you don't want to eat out. Every detail ensured comfort in this condo. A relaxing, totally enjoyable experience!

Just got back from using Florida Sun Vacation Rentals and I was very happy with it. I usually never go third party or the Airbnb route so going with a vacation rental was a first for me. The unit my family used was in Innisbrook. Although it’s an older complex, the unit was recently updated. Everything was clean, and the rules of the rental were sent to us in advance. Booking through them is a lot cheaper than booking with Innisbrook, probably half the cost. You just can’t use all of the amenities like the Loch Ness Pool, but there’s plenty of beaches nearby to use. Plus, it saves you the resort fee you normally would be charged. The unit was very quiet and I never got woken up my four nights there. I checked out the other rentals on their website and would definitely consider trying one of their rental properties. This one was clean, quiet, and in a good location. Highly recommend!

Great location and resort!
We stayed here for four nights and it was wonderful. The condo looks just like all the pictures and is right next to the Copperhead Golf Course. The owners were very friendly and got back to us right away with any questions. We would definitely stay here again!
