Horrible service, can't see what the problem was, I had the cash, had the bill of sale, and proved I could pay the bills, yet they didn't approve me because I'm "young" I'm 18 and can promise you that I would take care of the house and the community, but they only see age, there's crack heads and drugs dealers they approve but not younger people, what kind of joke is that, I know plenty of "worse" residents that exist in more then one of this companies lots.

Terrible to deal with. The ladies at the office are only doing as much as they can. But it's the company as whole that doesn't care about its residents or keeping people in their communities. They care about keeping people stuck and doing bare minimum to maintain anything! Every time you ask for an answer you wait for the line "upper management". It is very clear that this company does not care about anything but their own profits. No assistance during covid and they made sure to send a letter stating they can now increase lot fees after the government took the freeze off. It's ridiculous what you pay for what For your grass to flood each year because they placed sod on clay? When you try to sell their homes are not even up to code because they are mass made?

I didn't even want to give one star to this company- I advise anyone not to live here and deal with these incompetent people. you will get a cheap product with poor management. and all though it might look nice its not efficient. DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE WORST MISTAKE EVER
