clean and well maintained building, easy to deal with management staff Jewel, Sophie, Munya, Tony and others are very helpful during our stay.
They are very considerate and approachable. So far its quite and peaceful bldg. plus its near to almost everything.
Near nice park and good walks near by.

I am looking very forward to being back with Boardwalk next month. They have always been understanding, reasonable, and very easy to work with. The multiple properties I've lived in have been maintained well and in a timely manner, and the people are great. Throughout my time with them, I've had the pleasure of knowing Jewel, Gaurav, and others, and every staff member I've dealt with has always been wonderful. I have nothing but good things to say about my experiences with Boardwalk!

We are very thankful and well satisfied for Jewel. For helping us out in every possible way she can help us for getting a unit in Fontana. She really make sure we understand everything and she explained it beyond our expectations. We are happy we did our business with Jewel. And we’re happy we’re back at boardwalk again.

Location is great, almost everything you need is in short walking distance ,management is friendly, even rent is reasonable after discount. We (my family) are enjoying living here. However one problem for us is noise coming from neighborhood building (The Mountbatten Apartments), as their big noisy ventilation or ac machine is just infront of my room.
