My wife and I had a great lot in a trailer park. Had. Sold it and moved it out of there July 20. Like many other in that park which now has a full septic that is not being tended to, people being evicted among other issues. I don't know if it was F&F intention to mismanage the park to the point where people took a financial loss to get out. But it is happening. My wife and I had a dream of our little place to get away, but that is over now. I half expect an invoice for next season, even though the site is empty. The park really fell apart in less than a season. Now more caters to transient campers. Poor communication. I am quite relieved to be out of the place.

I think they sold my data...

I used to be subscribed to their emails. I unsubsribed a few months ago as it just wasn't relevant to me anymore and then now I get spam emails from a Hamilton area realtor when I'm not subscribed to anything else in the Hamilton area. I was holding back at first but looking at these other reviews based on their business practice, it does not surprise me..

Defaulted on numerous mortgages, with multiple court-ordered sales -- thousands of investors have lost an incredible sum of money trusting these guys. Not sure if they should be allowed to run businesses or trusted with other peoples' money.

Avoid this company at all cost. They appear to be out of business or in receivership or bankrupt. Their phone numbers are out of service and properties they own are in disrepair leaving tenants hanging.

RUN from these fraudsters! They do not pay contractors for services rendered. I’m an electrical contractor in muskoka and I’ve been trying to collect an outstanding invoice for months. I also have two signed contracts for almost 50k of new work at one of there resorts which they clearly have no intention of satisfying. STAY AWAY CONTRACTORS! No other choice but to take legal action now which is a shame.

Forge and Foster is a company that does not pride itself on integrity. Not only do they not pay for services rendered, but they lie, sneak, and back pedal the whole time. All staff members, no matter their position, do not believe in honest communication, or fulfilling contractual obligations. Because of this, we will be forced into taking legal action. From the looks of the reviews, we’re not the only ones who have had to do so. Please use this as a cautionary tale and avoid doing business with them.

A company that takes pride in ripping families from properties they've enjoyed for generations.

Update: Hope you enjoy bankruptcy you incompetent, pieces of garbage. Thanks for trying to run our park into the ground after 30+ years of being a great place. It endured, you didn’t. Joe and the rest of you clowns couldn’t manage a McDonalds.
