Love this location. Visited on Saturday and was blessed to meet the cast of "What's Happening ' great morale boost. Also attended during a jewelry raffle and flash sale. Got $350+ worth of Jewelry for $79 just for being at the right place at the right time. Friendly vendors and employees, have been able to find a good deal each time and also High end brands

Since returning to the military fold, I've visited quite a few bases in the DMV. Quantico, Bolling, Andrews, Meade are all absolutely wonderful, but Belvoir was where I decided to take pics and hang out for a bit. With the exception of Ramstein AB in Germany, Belvoir is the biggest and best one I have visited. All the exchanges have great shops outside the exchange and Belvoir exceeded the standard. As a military veteran, military dad and now military employee, I have always loved the military community.

Of all the bases in the DMV, this one is by far the best. It’s big, with a good clothing selection. They sell some furniture and appliances. I like that they sell firearms and accessories. They do a great job of keeping the carts picked up from the parking lot. The electronics section is the one disappointment of this store. I prefer the Exchange on Quantico for electronics. The food court has a good mix of options and they do a good job of keeping it clean. There’s a Starbucks, a Bath & Body Works and numerous other shops and services inside. I’d say this exchange is in the Top 3 of Exchanges I’ve shopped in, and I’ve shopped in a lot of them!

2019-present..I’ve worked in the largest NEX which is in Norfolk, VA. That NEX is the best out of many that I’ve visited. The new second level is nice and enhances the shopping experience. I've visited quite a few bases in the DMV. Quantico, Bolling, Andrews, Walter Reed, Meade, and Paxtuet are all absolutely nice. I’ve been to Ramstein AB in Germany, and each NEX has their own uniqueness. This NEX has a few nice shops in it and always something great to find in here. As a wife of a military veteran, military sibling, and former military employee, I have always loved the military community.

I’ve had several uncomfortable experiences at this store, which have left me disappointed with both the customer service and product quality. Many of the items I’ve purchased have been damaged once I get them home and open the boxes, which is frustrating.

In addition, there’s an employee who constantly stares at me and my family whenever we enter the store. While it initially seemed like he was just being friendly, it has become increasingly uncomfortable and invasive, bordering on inappropriate. When my wife tried to engage with him today, his response was snarky and unprofessional, making us feel even more uneasy.

This behavior is unacceptable, and I’m seriously considering filing a formal complaint with corporate. It’s unfortunate, as this has discouraged us from wanting to return to this store.

Rachel is such a gem at the jewelry section. She was very attentive, beyond helpful, and so positive. I’m so thankful we had the opportunity to meet her. You all are grateful to have her! She is an asset!! We will see you soon Rachel!!

I was visiting my daughter, who is currently serving. The store has absolutely everything! It was a neat experience to see all of the military people walking around in uniform. God Bless America.

It is one of the best base exchanges I have been to. That includes 9 installations in 18 years, with this being top 3. Clean, great service, and plenty of choices. #Imnotabot
