So far the experience has been really good.
Our building switched to Fort Park few months ago and they provide awesome service.
I have been dealing with their staff specially Harsh from the last fee days for organizing move in and move outs for my tenants and he was really helpful in accommodating my requests.

Strata directly reaches out explaining the situation and proposes the next step. Which help the situation.

Love all help received after complaint, will adjust/update as the progress goes.

Strata agent cannot be reached by phone ever (and I think they even block my phone possibly due to it is from another province). Initially leave voicemail with phone to call back but never hear back.

Only way to reach out is via email, but expect at least 1 day after to get reply, or send multiple emails to get any update. And questions may only be answered partially..

Really bad strata agent experience while we pay higher than avg strata fees on this

Currently involved in 2 mixed use strata properties. One of them has gone through at least four property management transitions. Fort Park is obviously the most responsive, organized, and professional property management company. Especially the support staffs, they’re the unsung heroes!
