One experience renting and couldn't ask for worst group to rent from. When you move out the fun begins and they will try to hit you with a huge bill for minor repairs. My advice do not get involved with them , if you already are be ready for a fight and they will make it incredibly inconvenient to move out. Involve the tenants board and make sure you have video and pictures of the unit speak to a contractor as well for a quote on the repairs.

The rent increased in 2 years over 300 dollars.

The doors were never fixed , took months to get anyone to make a repair.

The don't awnser emails or phone calls.

You will be blocked in as they do not enforce illegal parking .

I'm currently involving the Tennant board as of today to fight not getting my damage deposit back and being given a 1100 hundred dollar bill. Here is a break down 90 dollars for 9 light bulbs and 1000 dollars in paint for small touch up. I will post the break down so you can see it.

I'll update you guys after the Tennant board reviews our deposit file !

Moved into a unit about 14 months ago and have loved it ever since. Had some issues with the unit when we moved in but the maintenance staff dealt with it within hours. The management team is excellent, very professional, and will reply promptly to emails or calls. They are also very understanding and accommodating to our needs. The unit itself feels very durable, and built sturdy. Overall very happy, 5-stars!

Prior to our possession date I made sure I asked about the unit being cleaned and ready for us. I was reassured, if the previous tenants did not clean the unit, a cleaning company would be hired.

While doing the walk through with the agent we discussed how badly it smelt in there and the lack of cleaning that had been done. I was advised for the cleaning company to get back in there we wouldn’t get possession for another day or two (as our moving truck was being loaded). That was not an option for us. My toddler was in the hospital that week and having her in a clean space was of utmost importance. It took my mom and I 5-6 hours to scrub the unit till I was comfortable with any of our belongings being brought in.

I pointed out that most electrical outlets were burnt. I was advised to try using them, if there was a problem to let them know. Thankfully, I did not do as instructed. When they were being replaced we were told we were lucky we didn’t attempt to use them, there would have been a fire.

I reached out to our property manager multiple times and was pushed off and ignored for 2.5 months, to be told nothing can be done.

I urge anyone interested in any property with forthright properties to ensure you don’t take their word when it comes to absolutely anything.

I am disgusted with the lack of human decency and concern this company conducts business with.

By far the worst company we've ever dealt with. Rented for 3 years had nothing but issues after the 2nd year. They left us without a washer in the middle of winter for 3 weeks. They have some of the most ridiculous rules I've ever come across in several years. They constantly send out emails that are rude unprofessional and basically single out families with kids by indicating children aren't allowed to play on the property but they built a play structure right in the middle of the
complex. Don't pick forthright worst ppl ever. Still waiting for our damage deposit back and it's been three weeks

we just renewed our lease for another year and have loved living here! Ladies in the office are very responsive and maintenance staff are fantastic. We’ve had both Matt and Gary here and both were wonderful. Gary fixed what was needed and then went the extra mile to fix a couple other things for me and was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. On top of that was excellent with my little guy crawling around. Any concerns have been dealt with very promptly and overall we are very satisfied with this company and their staff! Thank you so much Gary! Richard from maintenance has been our multiple times and is always so pleasant to deal with and very prompt at fixing anything we need done! he’s wonderful!

Base rental price not bad. Fit and finish/trim after the first year is showing flaws, drywall cracking and one of the blinds has stopped working. Drafts in the bedrooms and living room, bedroom floor visibly curves downward where it meets the wall, 3/4" gap between the floor and trim.
No parking included, $60/spot - crazy! $520 for pet deposit(single animal), first rental I've ever been in that's more than $100. Water bill a day late and you're threatened with eviction. The nickel and dime fees add up.. Administration is quick to respond, although not the easiest to work with, they are very firm and not open to discuss your concerns/complaints about how they operate. For those interested, remember: This is a business.

Would recommend to those looking for temporary housing(1 year lease minimum), but not worth it long-term.
