At the present time, we still dealing with this, however any clarification has been delivered, the only answer is "we are doing the follow up" but it has taken more than a month to sent an electrician for an inspection, in my opinion is way too much time.

As tenants we always pay our rent on time, although this has not responded in the same way by the property management company. In this month we had paid more than $250 plus the time consuming to move to the Laundromat. Our unit supposed to has these facilities but these are not working at all.

We have been very patient, but to be completed honest our levels of frustration are on the limit. We want and deserve a solution as well a compensation for this matter.

Taken from your answer;

"Please rest assured that we have taken steps to improve our processes and, as you may have noticed, things are now moving more efficiently. We're committed to ensuring a more seamless and timely service moving forward." Unfortunately I do not see that this statement is true, sincerely I really want that you understand the situation of your tenants and address these issues with diligence.

I live in an attic unit in a recently renovated house managed by this company. My air conditioning unit stopped working on July 13, which was 53 days ago at the time of this review, and it still has not been fixed. It has been 33 days since we last received any information from Found Spaces about when it will be fixed. Calls to the company have yielded no further information or action. It has been so hot in our apartment (33-34 Celsius in the late afternoon and evening) that we had to get a portable AC unit to make it possible to actually live in our space. For example, we were not able to use the oven without the AC unless we wanted to risk making the apartment dangerously hot for our small dog. If I was the owner of this company, I would be embarrassed by how long it is taking to resolve this issue. We have lived here for 4 years and we are good tenants who take care of the unit and always pay rent on time.

Anna was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I scheduled viewings for Tuesday Sept 3rd, I had to reschedule due to work and Anna rescheduled for Monday Sept 2nd (the holiday) as I requested. I showed up and was no showed.
The following day, she messaged me saying she meant to say Tuesday, but the initial interaction was very straight forward and her excuse kind of didn't make sense.
She then proceeded to block me when I sent her a screenshot of her own message back to show that she was straight forward about the date/times and knowingly scheduling the holiday.
This whole interaction makes us very uncomfortable dealing with this company, some form of apology or attempt to remedy the situation may have possibly eased our minds but the way this agent dealt with her mistakes made us mistrust this company as a whole if this is the kind of people they choose to represent their business.

The staff has been excellent from start to now. Nothing goes unnoticed and they maintain and stay on top of the properties.

Contacting the office always gets a prompt response.

PROPERTY OWNERS BEWARE! I fell victim to a bait-and-switch that you need to know about!
Contacted Found Spaces for quote on tenant locate plus one-year property management services, and then proceeded to confirm services/pricing quoted with DOUG SPENCE via detailed email... contract arrived, and it was COMPLETELY DIFFERENT from quote (more than DOUBLE the cost). When I spoke to DOUG, he claimed it was a mistake, and promised to get back to me promptly. I waited a few days and then finally called him today. This is when he tells me his quote was wrong - "human error" he said, but I don't believe it; more like a way to dupe new customers into signing up at a much higher rate than they were reeled-in with. I asked to speak with owner, but was told by DOUG that she was away. You can rest assured that I will be doing everything in my power to hold this company accountable from some incredibly unscrupulous business practices. I strongly urge you to look elsewhere for services, and steer clear of the unethical sales tactics being practiced at Found Spaces Inc. My own personal experience serves as a compelling cautionary tale!
