We have been staying here for work for the last week. Our crew is enjoying the daily cleaned room service. We have stayed at a couple different hotels down the street from this one. And this one is a wayyy better option. Staff is friendly. And the restaurant is a good place for a bite to eat after work. Beds are comfy and rooms are spacious. Gym area and pool. Thanks for treating our crews so good !

Did the Stay and Park package. Shuttle to and from airport was awesome. Our return flight was late, landed at midnight. No issue getting the shuttle right to door #10 (approx 30 mins), warm and direct from door to car. Warmed the car up while we waited in the hotel lobby (water, washrooms, etc) and then on our way home. Train nearby, a couple of horns late at night.

Absolutely terrific! I’m really picky about hotels and this hotel was great. Clean, new, friendly checking, very fresh and nicely decorated and very cozy and comfortable. ||I stay at Marriott properties 100+ nights a year and this totally exceeded my expectations and then some.

I have been staying at this hotel for a couple nights.
I have had the pleasure to interact with Unni (front desk agent) throughout my stay. He has been nothing short of super helpful, extremely professional, polite and knowledgable! Please give him a raise and/or promote him to a higher position as employees like this deserve their fair share of advancement opportunities. He is going to be a huge asset for the Four Points by Sheraton Edmonton Airport Hotel! Thank you Unni!

Employees were kind. Room was spacious and comfortable with a modern, clean bathroom. The bed was also quite comfortable - not too soft and not too hard.

The only negative to this stay was that in the morning (around 9:30 so not too early) we were woken up by the sounds of housekeeping cleaning the room above, as well as the opening/close of doors. Keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper.

Overall had a pleasant experience staying here last minute and would book again.
