Michelle Hawthorne was recommended to us by one of my business associates. From the very beginning she listened to us and formulated a plan to position our property for sale, managed the access to the property to create exclusivity, and got the property sold for full asking price. Although we found the property we wanted on our own, Michelle negotiated a very good price for the home we bought in Port Moody. Although the process of selling a home, finding a new home, moving and decorating a new home, is very stresssful, none of that stress came from dealing with Michelle. We believed that she has always looked out for our best interests with genuine concern for our well-being. In addition, she is supported with great staff. All things considered, we were glad to bypass a prior potential agent, who would not provide a marketing plan, and happy to work with Michelle, who was very efficient and effective and actually responded to our needs. We had the very good luck to meet Sheila and her husband Terry almost twenty years ago, and later Michelle and Shane. Since then our family has done twelve real estate transactions with the team.
