By far the worst strata company I’ve ever dealt with. They’re super slow to respond, and the customer service is honestly terrible. The property managers have really poor communication—both written and verbal. Even after we moved out, they kept taking strata fees from our account. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this company. If you’re looking for a property management company, I’d suggest going with someone else.

She has always answered my inquires promptly and professionally and to my satisfaction for many years. And now she's helped me sell my rental property also, quickly and efficiently. I've literally emailed them 4 times to just get some basic information about our new building and there has been zero acknowledgement or response. yet they send out multiple threatening notes about how you need to "book your move in date" and how you're "not allowed to move in without their confirmation"...

They have terrible customer service, our Property manager never respond to emails, calls.
The hours of operation are short and it seems like you have to chase them down and yet they don’t even bother to respond to emails or calls.
Poor customer service, poor commitment to their clients aka properties paying fees.
Tell your strata council can stay away from them.

Multiple owners in my building have gone through the same issues in describing here. New buildings don’t use their services!

This property management company is the worst that I've ever encountered! They don't reply to emails nor do they return calls! We purchased a condo 2 years ago. They are the management company for rhat building and I've requested the latest strata minutes from January and I've had no replies from them. In the 2 years at least 3 people were assigned to this building and none of them have made improvements! Thank goodness they are being replaced by another management company soon.

Exceptional property management service! My property manager, Shuo, consistently finds great tenants, ensures rent payments are on time, and communicates effectively with both tenants and me. I never have to worry about a thing, thanks to her prompt email replies and proactive approach. Highly recommend!

First, dealing with this company has been horrific. We are a new building and therefore are a new contract for this company. With regards to the service I’ve received from them, I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. It has been 5 weeks of constant phone calls and messages with absolutely no response. I finally managed to speak to someone today, who turned out to be completely useless. I had 3 simple requests and was not only yelled at for it, I was hung up on! After calling back, the receptionist refused to put me through to any one who could help and also hung up on me. This company needs to have a serious discussion with their staff on customer relations.

HORRIBLE COMPANY - NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!
