Jennifer, who was in charge of customer care, was equally impressive. She always responded promptly to any questions we had, providing clear and helpful information that made us feel supported throughout the entire process. As we neared completion, Greg and Eva truly shone. Their attention to detail during the post-inspections was remarkable. They were both incredibly thorough and went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our home was perfect. Their professionalism, combined with a personal touch, made us feel confident and well taken care of. We couldn’t be more thrilled with our new home and highly recommend this fantastic team!

We’ve had an amazing experience working with Fusion Homes from the beginning. Belinda at sales and Jenn at customer care are so helpful, courteous, friendly and professional. Greg and Eva have been so kind and helpful, and are always happy to help and address any issue or concern we’ve had, which are minor and few. They’re always on hand to answer any questions and direct you. The workmanship is outstanding. Our home is well built with attention to details and quality craftsmanship. Fusion Homes is the absolute worst home builder both in construction quality, and customer service. We bought a newbuild townhouse in 2017 and we had leaks from the roof starting the second week we moved in. We had workers from fusion in multiple times to fix the issues only to no avail. In the spring of 2022 we found black mould in the floor of our spare bedroom. After investigating, the mould was found to have permiated extensively into two bedrooms, and our living room/kitchen area, all due too poor workmanship from the original construction of the house. There was so much water damage that the balcony door frame crumbled and water poured into our bedroom when they went to invesitgate further. How is this acceptable?! The 5 years we were living there, we thought we were just having really bad seasonal alergies, but it was our reaction to all of the mould. We had also informed them we had intentions of selling our house earlier in the year and wanted all of our many outstanding issues fixed asap. They hired a 3rd party outside company to remedy the mould and fix the problem. It took MONTHS for any sort of progress to be made. We had to constantly follow up with Fusion via email or phone multiple times to get any answers on where the workers were, or the status of the repairs. Do not expect them to reach out to you or respond in a timely manner. Any time we would push to get work done or ask for a response, we would get an "Out of office" reply from the customer service representative (which was very often) or they would say they would get back to us and weeks would go by without a word from them. They had 1/3 of our house demolished and unlivable for over 10 months with little to no progress. We had to threaten the get Tarion involed, and that is when things started moving. FINALLY at the end of November 2022 they came to complete the work, while we had to be reloacted for a month.
They refused to compensate us in any way for the almost YEAR of living in a constuction site, or not being able to use multiple rooms in our house, being exposed to mould, or for any of our furniture that was directly exposed to mould including our beds, couches, etc., which cost us a fortune to replace.
As a result, we sold the house a year later than when we wanted, taking a massive finacial hit as the market turned.

Fusion is the worst company to buy your home from and should not be allowed to build homes. There are no standards to their workmanship as clearly proven with our complex alone, as there were multiple units that had the same type of issues and experiences. I would highly recommend you stay far away from them. We are not the only ones to have experienced this. Please take a look at their other reviews before buying.

This is our first time experiencing building our own home. Fusion homes offer an amazing way to customize the interior of your home and Working with Brandy has been so much fun. We looked forward to every meeting with had with her. She has guided us and helped us make our decisions down to the smallest detail. She is very confident in her work, answered any questions we had and assured us that our choices were the best.
It was an honour working with Brandy and we look forward to seeing her once again!

We bought our house more than 6 years ago from Fusion Homes. We love our house which has a good design and uses high-quality materials. What impressed us more was their excellent service!
After I contacted Customer Care about the rain leaks in our master bedroom ceiling, they (first Alyssia and then Sylvia) quickly scheduled and sent their roofer to check our house and fix the problem soon. The roofer checked carefully and explained to us that there was no structural problem although the leaking happened several years ago, and this time the issue should be resolved. They also have scheduled the ceiling paint touch-ups for us, and all their repairing and painting services are free!
I'd like to recommend Fusion Homes to everyone who want to purchase and make a sweet home!

I had David come by to do the year end inspection and the amount that he did to improve on my living experience was phenomenal! Touched up paint chips, filled in gaps, fixed doors that previously wouldn’t close, and even addressed a mechanical noise coming from my walls. I purchased a home from Fusion and have been very happy with my experience. I’d like to mention two amazing Fusion employees, Eric and Sylvia. Eric has done the check in appointments and repairs for my unit. He is a wonderful person and goes above and beyond to ensure my home is in great shape. Sylvia, my coordinator, has been very helpful and supportive too.
