We approached Jessie to help us with a last minute inspection for a property we were interested in.

We had a stellar experience with her. Not only did she reply during a long weekend, well outside of business hours, she was able to fit our inspection in her busy schedule just in time before our conditions had to be removed.

The report was very well written, up to the point, keen recommendations and explanatory pictures, everything in easy to navigate file.

We are glad we did it too, based on her report we backed away from that property as she found too many red flags to our liking.
