During COVID, when realtors had it good and really didn’t care about the other party, Laura Van Veen stood out in the pack. She wasn’t our realtor, we were prospective buyers and had the pleasure of dealing with Laura.

We just sold our fathers place with Dave McDonnell as our representative. Not really impressed, They are the company that listed the house for sale. My realtor told me getting anything out of them is like pulling teeth. Did my final walk through, Didn't even get a key for the garage and house. Had to leave the house unlock and couldn't even check out the garage. Couldn't even get my first walk through booked to the last minute. So had to wait last minute to get pictures for the insurance company.
