Videos shown online dec 2024 show this place is infested with cock roaches. Other tenants on community Facebook pages mention bed bugs, lack of repairs , and horrible landlords. Stay clear!

I have recently moved into these apartments. They have been hugely updated and redone and I am very pleased with my new home.

Terrible place. If I could give it 0 Stars I would.
The company that owns this building are terrible and have no problem violating tenants rights.
There are literally billions of cockroaches and the owners refuse to deal with the problem properly because of the cost.
There are bedbugs and they will not deal with the problems because of the costs.
Contractors, including pest control, do not want to do work at these buildings because the company does not pay their bills.
There are drug dealers here that the owner company is fully aware of and does not do anything about.
Even if they evict the worst tenants, there will still be issues with management and employees.
It's barely a step above homelessness. If you have ANY other options, do NOT move here, no matter how much they tell you they've been cleaning up.

Manager was up front on everything and he eased our minds as to what has been done and what is going to be done with dates.
Price is right, appartment size is right, and being honest is the best.
