POSITIVES:
The neighborhood is awesome. I love my neighbors and everyone is so friendly here.

NEGATIVES:
(directed at Reids Heritage Homes)
The craftsmanship of the homes is poor quality. We struggled a lot with "cut corners" in our home and it's a terrible process to get the builders/workers back in to fix things that we just gave up and started fixing things ourself. Missing door handles, door stoppers installed incorrect, missing sections of paint, terrible paint job, terrible drywall job. We were very disappointed to hear that Reids Heritage Homes were the builders in our community because they have a great reputation, but holy smokes..... the workers they had in this neighborhood had no clue what they were doing! When the workers did end up returning to fix things, they made a bigger mess and caused more damage. See images of their "complete" work.....

I am a neighbour. We have had nothing but disrespect for our property since they started this community. Currently, they are pushing all their snow onto our property, damaging our fence line and tree lot. No response from Reid's home to fix this problem. Good luck with getting anything fixed in your condo.

Difficult to get anything done there. Wanted to place some planters on my own property, but required permission from the Board of the Chosen. Nice area though.
