I did an online pick up for an item at Boxlunch since it was the only one that had it in stock in Michigan and online it was sold out. I drove all the way over hoping to do more shopping once there to make the trip worth it, but 80% of stores here are closed. It’s a completely dead mall unfortunately; for it being a Sunday it should be busy. Don’t bother coming to shop ATP.

I am a black card planet fitness member, have been for years. I found this mall, with more then enough parking, but "unfortunately" I drive an expedited straight truck. I parked far out, in the parking area of a completely closed old "Toys r us." Today I was told to move, "because I take up 10 spots, and the owner of the mall is not ok with trucks parking here, especially with them being so busy?!" I take up a total of 5 spots. Five. The place is run down, parking lot is not in great condition, and is not busy. LOTS of available spots. Sad. Treat the trucks that bring you things better!! When a truck driver finds a large, empty, run down mall, being chased off bc we are in the "way" is not an acceptable way to treat another human being, we do not need the extra stress. I will take my business elsewhere.

Store employees say rumors of mall closing are false. But the mall would get more business if they didn't lock the outside doors during holiday business hours. Parking lot is full of large potholes. Trash regularly gathers in the corners around the outside.

We ate at the food court upstairs at the Genesee valley center. We just loved the orange chicken, along with the huge portions and great prices. We will be back.

I work cleaning the outside parking lots and entries docks and so on. I work hard to make it a beautiful place to visit. Hope u enjoy your visits and pretty flowers and landscape. Come back again..

Yikes, just yikes. Piss poor mall management, stores leaving all the time. I'm amazed this place is still standing with how terrible management is about repairs and basic maintenance.
