They say that the most stressful thing you can do in you life is buy a home. Now, take that stress and include an impossible timeline, an impossible ask and no inventory, in what we have seen as one of the most coveted post codes in the province - it was a big ask.
However, if you are in need of someone with all the right contacts and has the team behind him to make it a seamless transaction, you cannot do better than Geoff Smith and his RE/MAX Infinity team.

Geoff Smith came through for us 200% given a very short timeline due to family emergencies. Given the task to find and purchase our perfect home in 30 days without ever meeting us and in a housing market with multiple buyers bidding on any home, Geoff accomplished this gargantuan task without ever appearing to break a sweat while keeping us calm. Geoff was recommended to us from a friend and we started working with him in December 2024 to help us find a cabin that will eventually be our forever home. We had no idea about how the whole process of purchasing a home will go as this was our first time and had every question you could think of. Geoff was so amazing to work with. Geoff helped us find a beautiful home within our budget and in the area we were hoping for. It was move in ready and had all the features we were looking for, and then some! Furthermore, from our very first communication to the day he handed us the keys to our new home, it was only about 5-6 weeks.
