Buying a home for the first time is a daunting process. Just deciding on a real estate agent was our first major hurdle. So many to choose from, so who do you go with ? Every agent will try and land your business when you log onto a search site they are affiliated with. There’s no way to tell if they will do what’s best for you . That was our dilemma but fortunately for us we were referred to George. Mr. Van DeWalle is one of most personable people I have ever met. He was warm and welcoming from the first conversation. He asked what we wanted and where… from there it was all him. He found us listings that were fresh….brand new on the market. I honestly believe without George we would not have found our forever dream home. He would get us into viewing a home same day we asked…even multiple homes. And he was honest.
