Geraldine and her staff made buying a vacation/income property seamless. Even though it was hours out of their main area, they gave me all the information I needed to make an informed purchase. Geraldine helped me out by doing some research to find home/well/septic inspectors, got me the list of maintenance companies and utility providers in the area. I could have done this through online searches but Geraldine's staff got it done way faster than I could have and sent a detailed list for me to keep for reference!

Geraldine negotiated a fair price and worked on my behalf to ensure I was getting the best price for the property. Every one of my questions was answered immediately and most of the information I was given answered questions I didn't even know I was going to ask!
